RESPONSABILITIES :
•Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams.
•Ensures teams follow the organization’s established policies and procedures.
•Provides management reports on release progress.
•Deals with release package design, build, configuration and versioning control.
•Deals with release package acceptance criteria.
•Signs off the release package for implementation in different environment level (ex. SIT – UAT – Preprod etc…)
•Deals with release, distribution and packaged software.
•Define release and deployment management plans with project teams, customers and stakeholders:
•Ensure that the integrity of a release package and its constituent components is maintained throughout the transition activities.
•Ensure that all release packages can be tracked, installed, tested, verified and/or uninstalled or backed out if appropriate.
•Ensure build delivery components are from controlled sources.
•Ensure service infrastructure and application are built to design specification.
•Work with the Development organization to coordinate, plan, monitor, etc. release programs
•Effectively communicating release program status to all levels of the organization
•Assess risk and manage contingency plans at the release program level
•Identify and resolve release program-level conflicts
•Work with senior management to escalate release program issues in a timely manner
•Continuously assessing and improving key aspects of the release lifecycle to creatively address complex problems
•Maintain a detailed status, activities and issues reports on the release to present to Senior IT Management and major stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of 8 years of corporate project or release management experience
• ITIL certification – Release, Control and Validation level
• Conversant with Agile Development Methodology and Devops process
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey goals and initiatives to team members and Senior Management.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight timelines, attention to detail – disciplined ability to prioritize.
• Proactive, energetic, professional self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Important:
• Perfectly bilingual
• Intimate knowledge of ITIL and software development lifecycle (Agile Method).
• VSTS, LCS, Sharepoint, Jira tools knowledge
• Available to travel to US
