Description First post is Technician Level 2/3 and what this means is that this person must understand and be able to identify problems on the Workstations and related Hardware/Software. Structube technician should posses understanding of Microsoft AD structure/operations and role on a network/system as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server roles, especially DNS, DHCP, File Server and Print Server.
Knowledge and understanding of networking VLAN concept and their operations are a must in order to effectively be able to troubleshoot and resolve problems in our company.
Knowledge of basic networking is a must (Layer 2).
Knowledge of hardware is an asset as we tend to recycle hardware and reuse it if possible. Must not mind to be on a call after office hours.
Must be bilingual, dynamic, ready to learn and team player.
