Beyond hiring, also responsible for any subsequent administration related to the changes in the organizational structure requiring staffing changes during the employee life cycle. Would need to coordinate requests to ensure the correct and relevant information is provided and that the information is applied correctly into SAP to maintain the integrity of the information in the system.
Involved in the analysis and troubleshooting related to staffing and organization structure to ensure governance is being followed

•Excellent communication, telephone and email skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize/manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding work environment
•Technical aptitude
•Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
•2+ years’ experience with HR administration in SAP
•Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
